Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you would like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back to us. Items should come back unused and in their original condition. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage, and we will refund you within 14 days of getting the items back. We may reduce a refund if items have been handled more than was needed to check them.

Faulty or damaged? If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. Get in touch and we will sort a replacement or a full refund including postage.

How to start a return: email us at hello@pawleypets.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. We are a small UK shop and we answer our own emails.

None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
