We want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how it works.
Changed your mind? Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Please return it unused and in its original packaging. You cover the return postage, and we will refund you within 5 working days of the item reaching us. If an item comes back showing more than normal handling, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty or damaged? That one is on us. Email a photo to hello@pawleypets.com and we will sort a replacement or a full refund, including any postage you have paid. You will not usually need to send it back.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
